Accessing Blackboard, Campus Connect, and E-Cashier
Blackboard:
· Online courses are delivered using a web service known as Blackboard. Lecture notes, assignments, instructor information, course syllabus, etc. will all be located in your class site on Blackboard.
· Click on the Blackboard link on the SAU website. You can also type http://blackboard.saumag.edu into your browser address window and then hit the Go button.
· Click on the Login button.
· Your username is the same as the first part of your SAU email address. (For example: John Q. Public’s SAU email address might be . His Bb username is jqpublic2789 and his Bb password is the last 6 digits of his Social Security number.) The password can be changed in the Personal Information section under Tools.
· Successfully logging into Bb takes you to the “My Blackboard” page. You will see “Welcome, (your name)” at the top of the page. On the right side under “My Courses” will be the list of courses in which you are registered.
Campus Connect:
· Through Campus Connect you may:
o View your current class schedule
o View your grade report
o Check course availability
o View financial aid functions
o View unofficial transcripts
o View demographic information
o View holds on your account
· To access, click on the Campus Connect link on the SAU website. Enter your Social Security Number (as Student ID) and your birthday at MMDDYYYY (as PIN).
E-Cashier:
· Click on the E-Cashier link on the SAU website.
· To access the management area, enter your Social Security Number (as Student ID) and your birthday at MMDDYYYY (as PIN).
· Select the term for which you wish to create a payment plan.
