9th INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL REFRESHER COURSE AT SINGAPORE/THAILAND/MALAYSIA

From 22nd May to 3rd June 2010. (21st May Midnight Flight, 12 Hotel Nights and Throughout by Flight)

Dear Members,

We are happy to announce that 9th International Residential Refresher Course with Shah International as our travel partner will be held at Singapore/Thailand/ Malaysia from 22nd May to 3rd June 2010.(21st May Midnight Flight)

Singapore is a popular travel destination, making tourism one of its largest industries. The Orchard Road shopping district is one of Singapore's most well-known and popular tourist draws. To compete with regional rivals like Bangkok, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Shanghai, the government has announced that the city area would be transformed into a more exciting place by lighting up the civic and commercial buildings. Singapore is a melting pot of Chinese, Malay, Indian and Arabic communities. Tourists will see women with Chinese features wearing sarongs and Arabic dress, and these cultural aspects help make Singapore an unusual destination to visit.

Thailand is a fascinating and exotic country to explore. Thailand is often referred to as a golden land, not because there is precious metal buried underground but because the country gives off a certain luster, be it the fertile rice fields of the central plains, white sandy beaches or the warm hospitality of its citizenry. Thailand is a country of scenic diversity and ancient traditions, of tranquil temples and modern urban excitement. With and independent history going back more than seven centuries, it has managed to absorb a variety of cultural influences and blend them into something uniquely and memorably Thai.

Malaysia has fervently embraced modern technology - it boasts two of the world's tallest skyscrapers and a huge "cyber" center for computer businesses. Even in Kuala Lumpur, the capital, which bristles with ambitious new building projects, you can still find exotic markets and plenty of local color. One of Malaysia's key attractions is its extreme contrasts. Towering skyscrapers look down upon wooden houses built on stilts, and five-star hotels sit several meters away from ancient reefs.

As usual we will be having Papers and the same will be presented by experts in the field. Each session shall be followed by group discussion. We are sure that this is an opportunity for comparative study of the subject with the Law prevailing in developed countries.
