9th Grade Québec Trip

Trip Highlights:
Highlights of the trip include:
- Three nights in a very nice hotel in Québec city
- A chartered coach with a DVD/TV
- Sight-seeing in QuébecCity
- Dinner and entertainment at a traditional Québécois sugar shack
- An afternoon at “Village des Sports” Winter Park (42 slides, snow rafting & Everest, a 110 foot high slide)
- Dog sledding!
Included in the trip:
Bus ride, hotel, two dinners, one breakfast, all admissions to attractions and services of a Québécois tour guide
Trip Price:
$579-$629 – depending on the number of participants (students and parents)
Remember that parents can go too if space is available! (Parents are not chaperones, so they can enjoy the trip as participants.)
Fundraising
Fundraising was available to students in 7th and 8th grade to help defray the cost of the trip. I am considering doing one more fundraiser this year prior to the final payment. Nothing is definite at this time, but look for further information to come.

Make checks or money orders payable to Iroquois Schools. Be sure to write the student’s name somewhere the check. All payments should be given to Ms. Gaske.
Eligibility
All French 2 students are eligible to participate. However, participants will be dropped if at any time during the school year:
The student receives chronic disciplinary referrals and/or those of a serious nature.
Participation in this trip is a privilege, not a right. Exemplary behavior is expected at all times. Students will be sent home at their parent’s expense if their behavior is inappropriate.
The company we are travelling with is TRAVELOGS.
Their cancellation policy is on the trip information sheet.
In order to secure a spot on the trip, please submit the following:
- half sheet disciplinary agreement
- a check for $100.00 payable to Iroquois Schools
- registration form (top copy, keep the yellow)
