PRODUCT EVALUATION AGREEMENT & POLICY FOR M-S CASH DRAWER CUSTOMERS
1. You hereby accept the products listed below for the sole purpose of evaluation for a period of (30) days. During the period of evaluation the products are provided “As Is” without representation or warranty of any type, expressed or implied. You acknowledge that supplier shall not be liable for any damages, loss or cost or expense arising from your possession and or use of the products however caused.
2. The product(s) shall be returned, at your risk and expense, to Protech Technologies, Inc. within (30) days of receiving the product(s). You may request an extension of the evaluation period, but understanding that no extension will be recognized unless Protech Technologies, Inc. provides written approval of extension. Protech Technologies, Inc. may approve or deny requests to extend evaluation periods at its sole discretion. All product(s) returned to Protech Technologies, Inc. must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as received together with all associated manuals and cables.
3. You may purchase the evaluation product(s) at the price(s) listed below (plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges) provided you purchase the product(s) before the product return date described in the section. You agree that Protech Technologies, Inc. standard terms and conditions of sale (including standard payment terms) apply to any products purchased under this agreement.
4. If you do not return or purchase the product(s) within (30) day evaluation period or any extension of the evaluation period approved by Protech Technologies Inc in writing, you will be invoiced for the products and you agree to pay the invoice in full within 15 days after the date of invoice. If Protech Technologies, Inc. does not receive full payment within 15 days after the date of invoice, you hereby authorize Protech Technologies Inc to charge any unpaid amount to the credit card referenced below.
5. Protech Technologies, Inc. will charge full amount or parts cost if any scratches, damages or physical damages found on the returned evaluation systems. No Exceptions.
6. This agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the evaluation of the product(s); this agreement and the attached terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between the parties with respect to any purchase of the product(s). Neither this agreement of the attached terms and conditions may be amended or modified unless done in writing executed by you and Protech Technologies, Inc.
7. Customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Protech Technologies, Inc. in enforcing the terms and conditions of this agreement.
