Mini-Lessons
Geared towards 4 to 6 year olds; this is a great way to introduce young kids to horses. During their lessons children will groom, tack, learn about where horses live, barn and horse safety, and have a 15 minute “mini” lesson. Cost is $18 per lesson or a package of four is $60. Boarding
Harmony Equestrian Center, LLC offers high quality, full care for your equine partner. HEC offers daily turnout, a large ring with jumps, exceptional care, beautiful surroundings, and most importantly – an environment where learning and improving the bond with your horse is nurtured.

Harmony Equestrian Center, LLC offers a top-notch, quality, equestrian education for beginners through advanced riders. We teach not only riding, but also the day to day aspects of horse care, thus creating a well rounded, responsible horseperson.

Owner/Teacher
Stacey has over 15 years experience in training horses and teaching people to ride. She has a calm, patient, systematic method that allows students to learn at their own pace. She helps students define their goals and understand their learning style in order to optimize their education.
Stacey has a B.S. in Animal Science/Pre-Vet with a concentration in Equine Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, she has been teaching horseback riding for 15 years.

Lessons are offered in 30 minute and 60 minute private lessons or 60 minute group lessons.

HEC also offers 8 lesson packages at a discount. Packages must be used within each 8 week session. 24 hour cancelation required in order to make up the lesson with in the session. Any lesson canceled late may result in loss of that lesson.

Lessons may be purchased individually or in packages of 8. All packages must be used within the above session dates. There are 11 weeks this summer, so if you use your 8-lesson package, all additional lessons may be purchased at the package price.

WHERE WE ARE LOCATED
Harmony Equestrian Center, LLC is conveniently located at 939 Brughs Mill Road, Fincastle. To get to HEC, take Exit 156 off I-81 from the north bound lane, turn left at the end of the ramp onto Brughs Mill Road; from the south bound lane, turn right at the end of the ramp onto Brughs Mill Road. The driveway for HEC is about ¼ mile on the left. Follow the stone driveway past the brick house. The barn is beyond the brick house.
