Summer 2017 Therapeutic Riding Session Dates & Registration

Monday July 3-Friday August 25th-8 week session - (no lessons Monday August 7th,-Civic Holiday)

Fully completed registration formsand full payment must be received together before we can confirm registration. A minimum $50.00 deposit is required by June 4th. Balance of payment to be received with registration and deposit by June 4th and payment dated no less than 15 days prior to start of chosen session. See specific dates below.

If you wish to pay by cash or debit, we will be pleased to receive your registration forms and payments in person at TEAD on Saturday June 3rd between 10am and 1pm or on Wednesday June 7th from 4:30 to 7:30 PM or onand 1.00pm ONLY.

Please read the following conditions carefully and initial each item:

  1. Class Cancellations: Make up classes, credits or refunds will be offered where TEAD is the cause of the cancellation. TEAD is unable to offer makeup classes, credits or refunds for classes cancelled due to inclement weather. ______(initial)

  1. Footwear Policy: For your own safety no one is permitted to enter the barn or arena wearing open toe or heel shoes such as sandals, flip flops, crocs or clogs. ______(initial)
  1. Non-Smoking Policy: There is NO SMOKING ANYWHERE on the TEAD property. ______(initial)
  1. No dogs permitted on the property- Please leave your dogs at home-barking dogs left in your car spook the horses and pose a safety risk to our riders. ______(initial)
  1. Help us to prevent the spread of disease by keeping clothes & footwear you have worn at other barns away from T.E.A.D. ______(initial)
  2. Payment/Refund/Cancellation Policy: ______(initial)
    Please note changes in our payment/refund/cancellation policy that are necessary so that TEAD can continue to offer programs ongoing. We appreciate your support.
    -All accounts must be paid in full prior to participating in any activity at TEAD. Dishonoured cheques are subject to a $25.00 fee and must be replaced prior to participation in the program.
    -Fees are for an individual to attend a specific session of lessons in the summer of 2016. There are no partial sessions for individuals.
    -Due to costs incurred by TEAD, no refunds will be made after program starts.
    -A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration for all therapeutic lessons. This deposit is applied to the program fees.
    -The balance of fees are due no later than 15 days prior to the start of the scheduled session. If the balance is not received by this date, admission will not be permitted and the spot will be offered to the next person on the waiting list. The deposit will not be refunded.
    -If after the balance is paid, and prior to the start of program, illness or injury prevents the registrant from participating in the riding session, TEAD will work with the individual/family/caregiver to transfer the participant to a different session.
