  • Created monthly billing files over 8 Billion items and $13 Billion annually in revenue
  • Analyzed data to develop the automated processes and converted all merchant base to a new automated billing system that combined several business functions into one role for a cost savings in manual labor
  • Analyzed data and created process maps and procedures during the acquisition of NPC by Bank of America to ensure there was no negative merchant impact or loss of revenue during transition for the Authorizations and manual billing items.
  • Assisted with small scale projects with our vendor management group, technology and downstream areas to support vendor changes
  • Created auto process to bill merchants using macros, sharing this with other departments.
