· Working with several local and regional banks in assisting them in disposing of REO Properties as well and a working with local builders in finding lots and developable land

Vintage Homes Korea Co., Ltd Chief Executive Officer 2008 - Current

Construction Budgeting- Developed, review and critique budgets and bids from general contractors and sub-contractors in order to ensure cost effectiveness. Review construction timelines and progress schedules in order to ensure allocated budgets are sufficient and on time.

· Brand Identity- Introduced the Vintage Homes Brand into the S. Korean market through VHKC by forming a partnership with builder/general contractor in Seoul Korea.

· Long Range Planning and Brand Implementation-Primary function is to blend the Classic Architectural features of the Vintage Homes brand into the Korean housing market.

· Founded Vintage Homes and built high end custom homes and town homes in the greater Atlanta market. The emphasis of Vintage Homes is to capture the timeless elements of classic architecture and incorporate them into upscale custom homes.

· Licensed Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty North Atlanta. Worked with local and regional banks and investors to evaluate and market distressed and REO properties and developed residential lots

ABG Development, LLC Partner/Owner 2002-200 8

· Partner/Owner- $20,000,000-$30,000,000 in annual cash flow. Developed suburban subdivisions for several of the largest national and regional home builders, including but not limited to Centex, Pulte Homes, Beazer, and KB Homes. Also purchased numerous apartment complexes demolished them and redeveloped the land into town house lots for the same national and regional builders.


TOH Associates and Brighton Homes Division Manager 1985-1992

· Built, managed and leased 4 company owned shopping centers, 3 business parks, in Georgia and North and South Carolina.

· Area Manager for major homebuilder with responsibility for development of single family subdivisions, negotiated sales contract, attended closings, developed spec sheets, evaluated exterior elevations and floor plans, built neighborhood amenities, coordinated completion of construction of homes with closing schedules.

Realcor Corporation Vice President of Asset Management 1982-1985

· Vice President of Asset Management responsible for due diligence of syndicated properties including physical property management, leasing and tenant finish, operating budgets, financial reporting to foreign and domestic investors for multiple office, shopping center and industrial properties in S.E. United States. Responsibilities often included extensive renovation and correction of construction deficiencies.
