Police.
PCSO Sarah Lingard gave a short report on crime and criminal activity in the area.
Written report given to the clerk.
LCC Cllr Ray Phillips
Cllr Phillips gave a brief report on LCC cut backs and activity in the local areas, and how the cuts will affect services.

Councillors gave their reports as detailed on the Action Points separate addendum sheet.

Circulated to all councillors prior to the meeting and detailing interim work carried out by the clerk/RFO between meetings.
Highways matters.
Cllr Crozier gave a brief report.
Play Area.
Cllrs Marris and Page will purchase wooden posts and wire to mark out the High Street Play Area boundary.
There has been no response as yet from FIT on the Parish Council’s request to take back the ownership of the Play Area.
Purchase of a new mower.

- Blank cheque handed to Cllr Marris for purchase of wooden posts for the Play Area.
- Blank cheque handed to Cllr Shelbourn to purchase wire to mark out the boundary alongside the Play Area.
- Following receipt of the “Parish Council Precept calculator guide and notes” from NKDC the RFO asked for confirmation from council as to the amount to be applied for in this year’s precept. It was resolved to apply for £11,500 as previously decided.-unanimous.
