BOD MEETING APRIL 25, 2006

OLD BUSINESS
Ruicci Cup Wind Up. The Division Champions have been posted on the website. Thanks to the Frozen Assets for a job well done. No outstanding issues. All financial matters resolved, except for the engraving of the Ruicci Cup with the 2006 Division Champs. Carrie Sirola is taking the cup to be engraved.
Development Clinic Wind Up. The clinic was a success and the league plans to continue it for the 2006-2007 season. Discussion about how to improve and expand the clinic to include games vs. Rec II teams possibly. Patty Madden (MAHA Women’s director) was informed that the clinic was a big success. The league will request funds from MAHA again and the BOD thinks there’s a great chance the league will receive funding again.
Disciplinary Action. Karen Gilbert, formerly of the Ice Cubes, will return her jersey to said team or reimburse them for the cost of a replacement jersey. Until that time, Karen Gilbert, will be suspended from all future MSWHL participation. Her name will be posted on the league website as a suspended player until this issue is satisfactorily resolved with the BOD.
NEW BUSINESS
Nominations for BOD. Nominations for 2006-2007 Board of Director positions will be accepted until May 26, 2006 and should be sent to Joanne Lukasik at . for the following positions:
President
(2) Vice President/Ruicci Cup Coordinators
Treasurer
Secretary (currently vacant)
M.A.H.A. Rep.
The BOD will be voted on at the meeting of the members on May 30th, 2006, at 7 p.m. at the Eddie Edgar Ice Arena.
