Student Itinerary
7:00 am Faculty and Staff Arrive at HHS Competition Gym
Staff are to park in the Hall Stadium Parking Lot
7:15 am Students are to begin reporting for graduation. Students are to park at Hall Stadium.
Students will check in with their Alpha Level Counselor at the large gym and proceed to their row and seat once checked in. All Graduating Students must assemble at HHS.
Any Student not at HHS when the busses leave for the Smart Financial Centre will not be permitted to participate in the Graduation Ceremony. Students must return to HHS on the bus after the graduation ceremony.
Dressing and Grooming
Male students should wear dark colored slacks and a light colored shirt with a tie and dark dress shoes. No Tennis shoes. Male students are to be clean shaven upon their arrival for check in.
Female students should wear a dress or a skirt with a blouse and dark colored shoes. Please refrain from wearing extremely high heels. No tennis shoes.
- All cell phones and keys need to be left in your car or we will secure them here at the school. You will be processed into the center through a metal detector.
8:30 am Busses will arrive at the school.
8:40 am Students will begin to board the busses. One row per bus. Students will sit on the bus in row
order
9:10 am Busses depart for Smart Financial Centre
9:45 am Arrive at Smart Financial Centre. Students must stay in their respective lines.
10:30 am Graduation Begins
12:00pm Depart Smart Financial Centre for HHS
Students must return to HHS on the bus after the graduation ceremony.
12:45pm Arrive at Hightower High School

Parents/Guardian Itinerary
8:00 am Guests arrive at HHS.
Guests who do not need special transportation will park in the student parking area on the Highway 6 side of the building.
Guest who require special transportation or are traveling with children who require a car seat will park in the teachers’ parking area in the front of the building and will board busses next to the flag pole.
8:15 am to 9:15 am Busses depart HHS for Smart Financial Centre (one hour only)
10:00 am-10:15 am Busses arrive at Smart Financial Centre
10:30 am Graduation Ceremony Begins.
For those not going to the Smart Financial Centre, Live Streaming video will be shown
in the HHS auditorium.
11:30 am to 1:00pm Busses depart Smart Financial Centre (Picked up on the North Side of the Centre)
12:15 pm- 1:45 pm Busses Arrive at HHS
1:00pm-2:00pm Photo Opportunities will be made available to graduates and their families.
