TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE
No children or persons under 25 years of age are permitted to operate the hire vehicle at any time.
If children are found operating a hire vehicle the hirer may be fined by the police and the hire cancelled, no refund will be given. AELEC staff have authority to remove cart from hirer.
The hirer hereby indemnifies the owner against claims, actions, suits or demands whatsoever nature by the hirer or any other person arising out of the use or operation of the golf cart.
- All Carts hired at Aelec are petrol carts and will be refilled with petrol at end of hire and charged to credit card.
- A $50.00 cleaning fee will be charged if cart is returned dirty and full of hay etc.
- The vehicle is hired subject to the above conditions which I acknowledge to have read before signing and will be returned in the same condition as when received, any damage to cart and property will be charged to the hirer, fair wear and tear excepted.
For your booking to be confirmed we will need:
- Completed AELEC Customer Information Form with credit card details completed.
