Thank you for your support! As we are a small registered charity dog rescue, we are asking everyone to pre-register for our Run. We are also asking that you pre-order your t-shirts and any extra pins (on pg. 2). There will be a very limited number of shirts and pins available for purchase at the Rottie Run. The ride is from Trev Deeley’s in Vancouveralong the beautiful Sea to Sky to Highway to Totem Hall inSquamish. Make sure to stick around for the silent and live auctions and much more!!

4th ANNUALSEA TO SKY ROTTIE RUN 2016 - WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM
-THIS IS A RELEASE. PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING –
I the undersigned (on my own, and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns), for and in consideration of the opportunity to participate in the 4thAnnual Rottie Run (referred to hereafter as the “Event”) associated with, sponsored and/or conducted by West Coast Rottweiler Rescue, Trev Deeley’s Motorcycles, the City of Vancouver, the City of Squamish, Totem Hall, Squamish Nation, the Vancouver Police Department, the Squamish RCMP, the Ministry of Transportation and Highways, and any other organizers, sponsors, officials and volunteers; and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, partners, affiliates, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (all being collectively referred to hereafter as “Released Parties”) hereby irrevocably release and forever discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights, actions, causes of action, suits, debts, contracts, interest, costs, expenses of any kind whatsoever, howsoever arising, directly or indirectly, which I now have, or later may have, whether known or unknown, in law or in equity, in any way resulting from, arising out of, or in connection with my participation in the Event.
Without limiting the foregoing, this Release extends to any and all claims I have or may have against the Released Parties whether or not such claims result from strict liability or negligence on the part of any or all of the Released Parties, or from any action or inaction on my part, including, without limitation, any claims relating in any way to the design, manufacture, repair or maintenance of a motorcycle(s) or motor vehicle(s) or any other equipment which I operate during the Event or with respect to the conditions, qualifications, instructions, rules or procedures under which the Event is conducted or from any other cause. I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS MEANS THAT I AGREE NOT TO SUE ANY OR ALL OF THE RELEASED PARTIES FOR ANY INJURY RESULTING TO MYSELF OR OTHERS, OR MY PROPERTY OR THE PROPERTY OF OTHERS, ARISING FROM, OR IN CONNECTION WITH the Event.
In consideration of my being allowed to participate in the Event, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, demands, damages, or any other forms of relief which might be made against any or all of the Released Parties whatsoever, howsoever arising, directly or indirectly out of or in consequence of my attendance at or participation in the Event.
I am fully aware of the danger(s) and hazard(s) associated with participating in a motorcycle and classic car ride. I certify that I am duly licensed and competent to operate a motorcycle/motor vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, and the vehicle is in safe operational condition. I will be riding/driving on public streets and highways and understand that I am solely responsible to determine the speed and operational characteristics of my motorcycle or vehicle while participating in the Event. I certify that I have no known physical or mental impairment that may affect my safety or the safety of other participants. I understand that the choice of wearing a helmet and/or other protective gear is solely my choice and I am responsible for my compliance with all laws, including those regarding helmets. I certify that I am not under the influence of any narcotic, alcohol or other substance that may impair my understanding or judgement and that I will not at any time during the Event operate my motorcycle under the influence of any narcotic, alcohol or other substance that may impair me.
I hereby warrant and represent that I am experienced in and familiar with the operation and riding of motorcycles and fully understand the risks and dangers inherent in motorcycling; I am the age of majority in British Columbia; and, I hold a valid Class 6 motorcycle operator’s license. I am voluntarily participating in the Event and I expressly agree to assume the entire risk of any accident, personal injury, including death, property damage or any other harm which I may suffer as a result of my participation in the Event, notwithstanding any prevailing weather, road or other conditions and any other factors which may impact of affect in any way the conduct of the Event or my participation therein.
I also understand that this Waiver and Release Form is in force from the date of signature until September 18, 2016 and covers any and all activities affiliated with the Event. I acknowledge that the Event officially ends when we arrive at Totem Hall in Squamish.
BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE I AM WAIVING CERTAIN SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH MY HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS AND ASSIGNS AND I MAY HAVE AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES EITHER INDIVIDUALLY OR COLLECTIVELY.
