Situated approximately 35 miles North of Tampa, located just off U.S.Highway 19 in an area known as Gulf Harbors Woodlands, an exclusive waterfront community where there are inland waterways which lead directly to the Gulf of Mexico with homes in the million dollar bracket down at Westshore, next to our owners private beach for the exclusive use of Gulf Harbors residents and their guests. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico our 300 Metre beach has an unrestricted panoramic view of the Gulf and looks towards the Anclote Island which you can visit on your locally hired boat, for the ultimate in quiet and secluded picnics.

Wonderful, warm and tranquil sunsets on the beach are often a nightly spectacular and facilities include, beach side showers, barbecues, sun shelters and toilets and the warm waters of the Gulf ! Best of all we feel, is being able to park right at beachside on tarmac and then step onto the sand ! We have never seen the beach busy perhaps due to the controlled dawn to dusk access at the beach entry gate where the only access is to owners and their guests by written introduction.

Your family can also take advantage of the Woodlands Residents Association private facilities – a five minute leisurely walk from our home. Featuring a large,deep HEATED swimming pool which is great for the cooler winter water temperatures in sub-tropical Florida.

N.B If ambient Winter temperatures fall below 55 Degrees F the pool heaters become ineffective and switch off automatically.

This facility is strictly for the use of residents and their guests, is non-commercial, and offers peace and quiet seclusion together with a prime cul-de-sac location at the end of Marine Parkway right on the main water channel out into the Gulf of Mexico.

Complete with toilets, interior and poolside showers, tables, sun loungers and two pristine tennis courts, all you need is a written introduction which we supply with your special security key fob and you are all set to use the facilities during your vacation.

Once you are inside, we'll let you find out for yourself how nice the layout is with the house having been designed around the focal point of the swimming pool and screened poolside area.

Marine Parkway is ideally situated for holidays in Florida being set near the sea in a first class district, subject to high environmental standards & within easy reach of the world famous attractions in Florida.

·  Poolside bar from the kitchen window to the patio & pool area equipped with large table, side tables, and comfortable seats, together with a ceiling fan for those steamy hot Florida summer nights!

·  Solar Heated swimming pool with the extra cost option of electric heat pump normally only required during in the shorter days and colder nights of the cooler Winter months.

·  Cosy family/TV room & 42 inch Panasonic Flat screen TV with floor to ceiling fireplace, blending into breakfast bar area

·  Tastefully furnished, the formal lounge has a white circular sofa facing the pool and two large mirrored wall plus patio door access to the poolside. Diagonally opposite there is another lounge area which overlooks the front gardens and has 2 cream sofas, coffee table and a computer which has both wired and wireless access for use with your laptop

·  3 bedrooms are arranged on a split plan basis with the master bedroom en-suite beside the central lounge plus two twin bedrooms and family bathroom at the opposite side of the house beside the family room and breakfast bar, which also has patio door access to the pool area.


Everything is to a high standard and our pool has a shower and toilet at the poolside providing 3 toilets and 3 showers/2 baths within the property.


FACILITIES LOCALLY: - There are many restaurants and shopping malls situated on 19 and you will see thousands of shops to interest you! Highway 19 can be fairly described as "Wall to wall shopping!"

THEME PARKS: - DISNEYWORLD - EPCOT CENTRE, SEA WORLD, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, MGM STUDIOS ARE ALL WITHIN REASONABLE DRIVING DISTANCE AND LOCATED LOCALLY ARE BUSCH GARDENS, ADVENTURE ISLAND, WEEKI WACHEE MERMAIDS, STARKEY PARK, FRED HOWARD MEMORIAL PARK, ANCLOTE PARK ETC

The public beach at Green Key is attractive, only five minutes drive away and has a wooden walkway through the nature reserve which leads to a viewing platform for spectacular Sunsets.

Turn left out of Marine Parkway and take left along Sea Forest Drive, following straight along to the T junction and left onto Green Key Road. Keep going until you reach the beach parking !

At the end of Marine Parkway, beside the Ramada Inn Hotel, there is a Marina leading directly out via water channel to the Gulf of Mexico, where boats can be hired by the hour at reasonable rates (take a pleasant walk along the water channel shown in our photographs sit on the seats and enjoy the sun and the fish jumping out of the water + we have often seen dolphins herding the fish to the dead end of the channel)

Deep sea fishing trips are often on offer on an all-inclusive basis with photographs of their successes for you to view before venturing out into the Gulf of Mexico, beyond the yacht club and residents pool & tennis at the end of Marine Parkway.

The walk from our home to U.S. 19 takes a relaxing 11 minutes and we regularly take circular walks through the nearby development of Sea Forest which backs onto the Robert Crown Wilderness Area which is very pretty and good for bird watching activities. Marine Parkway will sleep 6 people in complete comfort + large cot for a baby and costs £535 per week for a one week rental – Booking two weeks instead of one week drops the weekly rate to £525 and three weeks will reduce the weekly rate to £495) and includes use of our private beach and Residents tennis & Heated Pool- Subject to £12 per day ($15) charge if Optional Electric Heat pump is used on request in the winter to boost year round free solar heating..

There are no hidden extras because the ADDITIONAL £250 ($400) security deposit is fully refundable if there are no breakages or extra cleaning or energy charges incurred due to leaving patio doors open during very hot weather. You have Marine Parkway for your exclusive use and privacy during the entire length of your stay and even Beach towels are provided.

Use of the Residents Association pool and tennis facilities is by special security key fob supplied by Bert and Angela, our Property Managers.

If you wish to make a booking, we require only a £250 ($400) security deposit and your Booking Form.

Final payment, being the total amount due per week of booking according to number of weeks taken (shown above) is due, in addition to the security deposit, is due in full 8 weeks before departure.
