DJ Booking Agreement
This agreement madeon______between______andClientel Productions, of Brooklyn, NY. This letter of agreement represents our understanding regarding DJ’s of Clientel Productions performing services for ______.
It is agreed that Clientel Productions will provide aDJto perform on the following date or dates: ______. Theperformance will be at______and the set up time will be 30 minutes or one hour prior to start times. Also, in the unlikely event that Clientel Productions does not have enough prior notice of the event (24-48 hours) we will have the right to cancel any given date or dates. The locationsof the performance must have reasonable accommodations such as (Over head cover for outdoor events, Proper electrical outlets, and patron protection to reduce equipment damage).
It is also agreed that ______will pay $______for each performance. Standard performance will be 4 hours in length at standard rate, unless specified or modified by Clientel Productions. Each hour after standard performance will be subject to standard rate of $100.00 per hour with a min $50.00 over time limit fee beginning 5 minutes after the hour of completion.
Clientel Productions shall have the right, permission and authorization to publicize Event Coordinators, Production Companies, and Clubs to use his/her name, likeness and photograph in connection with Clientel Productions Marketing. The performingDJ represents that in performing his/her duties under the terms of this contract, he/she is not infringing on the property right, copyright, patent right or any other right of anyone else, and if any suit is brought or a claim made by anyone that anything in conjunction with the ownership or the presentation of said act or appearance is an infringement on the property right, copyright, patent right or other rights, will indemnify CLIENTEL PRODUCTIONS and or employees against any and all loss, damage cost, attorney fees or other loss whatsoever.
______hereby agrees that Clientel Productions is primarily a service, sales and marketing or organization. As such, names and addresses of customers (including group leaders) and/or sources of business; constitute Trade Secrets and are unique to Clientel Productions, who has a private proprietary and confidential interest in same and that Clientel Productions is entitled to the protection accorded to by law to trade secrets and other confidential business information.
______benefit directly or indirectly or disclose, communicate or divulge to, or use for the benefit, of any person, firm, association, company other than Clientel Productions, any trade secrets, including names and addresses of customers (including group leaders), potential customers, nor any other confidential business information made known ______prior to, during, or after the term of this contract.
Clientel Productions is contracted as a self-employed independent contractor and ______assumes all liability for any wrongful acts loss or damage to persons or property that you may cause, or that may occur to you or your property. Also, you agree to hold ______harmful should any and all such acts, loss or damages. In addition, Clientel Productions assumes liability for any Withholding Taxes, Social Security Contributions, Unemployment Insurance, Workmen's Compensation, or any other payment and report of these and any other taxes and contributions.
This 2 page agreement represents our entire understanding and may not be amended or modified except by writing signed by all of the parties hereto.
