Wednesday and Thursday / Registration Forms and Petitions (petitions are for executive candidates only) are available at the ASUM office, UC 104. Visit the ASUM website (life.umt.edu/asum) and click on ASUM Elections for additional information and rules. A registration form must be filled out prior to receiving petitions. Registration forms are available at the ASUM office, UC 104.
MANDATORY informational meeting for all candidates, UC 326 from 7:00-8:00 PM.
Registration Forms, Petitions, and Questionnaire Responses due at 5:00 PM, ASUM Office, UC 104. Petitions will not be accepted unless all digital files are submitted (see back page for details). Questionnaire Responses must be emailed to by 5:00 PM.
MANDATORY informational meeting for all candidates, UC Alumni Boardroom from 7:00-8:00 PM. This meeting is only required for candidates who did not attend the March 16th meeting.
Campaigning begins!
UC Window Lottery: Candidates should arrive at the UC by 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 2nd. Candidates may begin hanging posters in the UC immediately following the lottery

Candidate information will be posted in the UMontana app (ASUM Elections tile will become available at this time).
Primary Election (if needed). The primary election will be hosted on the UMontana app.
All candidate Income/Expense Statement forms are due by 5 p.m. at the ASUM office front desk, UC 104 (more information at umt.edu/asum/elections).
Candidate forums and debates, TBD.
Finalization of Ballots
General Election – Voting is open 4/26 @12:00 am and closes at 4/27 @ 8:00 pm
