3. PROPOSAL TO EXTEND MULTI USE SPORTS PROVISION
Paul Denton, building manager of the Huskar Community Rooms will join the meeting for this item.
Cllr Fletcher will update members on his early stages of research into the feasibility of extending the Multi use sports provision to the grassed area adjacent to the MUGA. Members will be asked to suggest ideas for best use of the space (suggestions at the moment include extending the existing MUGA to provide a larger Astroturf style pitch and provision of an outdoor gym or trim trail)
4. MINUTES
Members are asked to confirm the minutes of the Silkstone Playing Fields Committee (SPFC) held on Monday 26 October 15.
Members may ask for an update on any item in these minutes which does not appear on this agenda.

5. PITCH HIRE CHARGES FOR 2016/2017
Members are asked to consider the proposed increase in pitch hire charges for 2016/2017 below (note charges were last increased in 2010):

6. RECREATION GROUND & GROUNDSMAN
Sport England Drainage grant update
The Clerk will update members on the progress of the tender process for the drainage work and the details about the work to install a supporting wall to the beck headwall.
Damage to junior football pitch surface
Members will be asked to discuss the impact of the damage to the junior football pitch and the subsequent work carried out by the groundsman.
7. PAVILION
- Health & Safety
Cllr Stier will update members on any Health & Safety issues
8. PAVILION /RECREATION GROUND BOOKINGS/HIRE
The bookings manager will update members on any further bookings received since the last meeting of the Committee.
9. ACCOUNTS
-Budget Monitor to 2 December 15
Members are asked to note the budget monitor and receipts and payments schedule for the Recreation Ground and Pavilion up to 2 December 15.
