Real Estate Management Group (REIG) was a sister company with CMG. REIG held the real property of the convenience stores while CMG held the personal property and the operations of the convenience stores. REIG was merged with TMG with Tiger Management Group the surviving entity.
Tiger Management Group was a sister convenience store chain to Convenience Management Group with 28 stores in Tennessee and one store in Georgiawith annualgross sales of 200 million. Tiger Management Group sold the 40 convenience stores in May 2014.
