336th District Court Felony Dispositions for July, 2015

Richard Glaser, Criminal District Attorney, released a list of people who entered into plea agreements with his office during the July dockets before Judge Laurine Blake of the 336th District Court of Fannin County. The following individuals either entered guilty pleas and accepted responsibility for their conduct without further court action or their cases went to trial and a Fannin County Jury rendered the verdict and sentence indicated.

Jimmie Pierce Allred, III, 25, of Leonard - pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of driving while intoxicated 3rd or more. Allred was convicted and sentenced to a term of 4 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $314 court costs and $100 restitution.

Michael Ray Atchley, 32, of Dodd City - pleaded true to the allegations contained in the State’s Motion Adjudicating Guilt. Atchley was convicted and sentenced to a term of 6 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed a $1,922 fine and $334 court costs for the 3rd Degree Felony offense of ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREVIOUS CONVICTION committed on or about May 11, 2012.

Lloyd Bailey, Jr., 46, of Bonham - pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of attempted burglary of habitation—enhanced. Bailey was convicted and sentenced to a term of 10 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $264 court costs.

Lloyd Bailey, Jr., 46, of Bonham - pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of tampering with a witness—enhanced. Bailey was convicted and sentenced to a term of 10 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $254 court costs.

Lloyd Bailey, Jr., 46, of Bonham - pleaded guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of burglary of building—enhanced. Bailey was convicted and sentenced to a term of 10 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $264 court costs.

Jeromy Lamonte Brown, 28, of Bonham - pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of Poss (Possession) CS (Controlled Substance) PG 1 (Penalty Group 1) >=1G<4G (Greater or Equal to 1 Gram Less Than 4 Grams). Brown was convicted and sentenced to a term of 5 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $314 court costs and $180 restitution.

Edward Richard Callies, III, 50, of Bonham - pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of assault family/house member impede breath/circulation—enhanced. Callies was convicted and sentenced to a term of 8 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $254 court costs.

Dannie Carter, 44, Ravenna - pleaded guilty to four (4) 1st Degree Felony offenses of aggravated sexual assault of a child. Carter was convicted and sentenced to a term of 25 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $604 court costs in each case.

Dannie Carter, 44, Ravenna - pleaded guilty to the 1st Degree Felony offense of sex abuse of child continuous: victim under 14. Carter was convicted and sentenced to a term of 25 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $504 court costs in each case.

Dannie Carter, 44, Ravenna - pleaded guilty to five (5) 2nd Degree Felony offenses of indecency w/child sexual contact. Carter was convicted and sentenced to a term of 20 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $604 court costs in each case.

Angel Colmenero, 29, of Bonham - pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of bail jumping and fail to appear felony. Colmenero was convicted and sentenced to a term of 2 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $304 court costs.

Angel Colmenero, 29, of Bonham - pleaded guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of poss cs pg 1 <1g. Colmenero was convicted and sentenced to a term of 180 days incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division and assessed $379 court costs and $180 restitution.

Robert Benjamin Defir, 48, of Bonham - pleaded guilty to the 2nd Degree Felony offense of aggravated assault w/deadly weapon. Defir was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 10 years and assessed a $2,000 fine and $254 court costs.

Jazmine Nicole Dossey, 21, of Leonard - pleaded guilty to the 2nd Degree Felony offense of delivery cs/marijuana to minor. Dossey was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 3 years and assessed a $500 fine and $314 court costs.

Bobbie Jo Dunn, 33, of Bonham - pleaded guilty to two (2) 3rd Degree Felony offenses of credit card or debit card abuse elderly. Dunn was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 4 years and assessed $269 court costs in each case along with $550 restitution.

Jessica Vella Marie Durrett, 24, of Bonham - pleaded guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of unauthorized use of vehicle. Durrett was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 5 years and assessed a $1,000 fine and $254 court costs.

Joseph Edward Dyson, 37, of Bonham - pleaded guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of theft property $500<$1,500 enh. Dyson was convicted and sentenced to a term of 12 months incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division and assessed $254 court costs and $535 restitution.

Dyson was convicted and sentenced to a term of 12 months incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division and assessed $254 court costs and $4,500 restitution.

Phillip Eugene Henderson, 40, of Allen - pleaded guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of theft of property >=$1,500<$20,000. Henderson was convicted and sentenced to a term of 1 year incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division and assessed $254 court costs.

Melissa Kay Honeycutt, 34, of Bonham - pleaded not guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of assault family/household member w/previous conviction—enhanced. Honeycutt was FOUND NOT GUILTY BY A JURY.

James Leonard Howard, 55, of Seagoville - pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of unlawful possession of firearm by felon—enhanced. Howard was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 10 years and assessed a $1,000 fine and $264 court costs.

Morgan Ann Lemon, 27, of Bonham - pleaded guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of poss cs pg 1 <1g. Lemon was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 3 years and assessed a $1,500 fine, $329 court costs and $180 restitution.

Kyle Mays, 27, of Bonham - pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of man del cs pg 3/4 <28g drug free zone. Mays was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 8 years and assessed a $2,000 fine, $329 court costs and $235 restitution.

Kyle Mays, 27, of Bonham - pleaded guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of del of marijuana <=1/4 oz remun drug free zone. Mays was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 5 years and assessed $329 court costs.

Dakota Dustin Morales, 19, of Commerce - pleaded guilty to the 2nd Degree Felony offense of arson. Morales was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 6 years and assessed a $2,000 fine, $319 court costs and $135 restitution.

Eric Thomas Murphy, 26, of Bonham - pleaded guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of driving while intoxicated w/child under 15 yoa. Murphy was convicted and sentenced to a term of 2 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division and assessed a $1,000 fine, $314 court costs and $100 restitution. After sentencing Murphy, the court suspended his sentence and placed him on community supervision for a period of 5 years.

Charles Parker Sanjule, 30, of Bonham - pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of assault family/household member w/previous conviction. Sanjule was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 10 years and assessed a$3,000 fine and $254 court costs.

Amy Katherine Terry, 20, of Leonard - pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of tamper/fabricate physical evidence w/intent to impair. Terry was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 5 years and assessed a$2,500 fine and $269 court costs.

Linzi Michele Wallace, 31, of Ector - pleaded guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of driving while intoxicated w/child under 15 yoa. Wallace was convicted and sentenced to a term of 2 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division and assessed a $1,500 fine and $329 court costs. After sentencing Wallace, the court suspended her sentence and placed her on community supervision for a period of 5 years.

Larry Dewayne Wheeler, 44, of Leonard - pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of poss cs pg 1 <1g drug free zone. Wheeler was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 7 years and assessed a $1,500 fine, $309 court costs and $180 restitution.

Shannon Sheree Wilson, 45, of Cooper - pleaded guilty to the 2nd Degree Felony offense of burglary of a habitation. Wilson was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 10 years and assessed a $2,000 fine and $254 court costs.
