n  Supervised a team of 6-7 technical employees with a wide variety of skill sets and responsibilities. Responsible for resource management, performance management, and project management for a number of projects.
n  Acted as Project Manager on a major rewrite project for a high profile customer dealing with sensitive data. Coordinated the implementation of a complex set of business rules and participated in design of UI, security framework, business rules engine, and server architecture for an application with 200+ business rules.

Also worked closely with members of the AQMO staff to design a replacement system that will meet the needs of the department for years to come.
