Outgoing Lead Clusters Duty Officer turned-over to the Incoming Duty Officers all instructions for actions. Moreover, they briefed them on how to use the Response Cluster IMS.
Duty Medical Team conducted blood pressing monitoring to all senior citizens inside National Disaster Response Cluster Operations Center (NDRCOC).
Volunteer Groups from REACT Philippines Inc. reported to NDRCOC to augment National RETT for deployment to Casiguran, Quezon with two (2)sets of VHF Motorola Base Radios and one (1) VHF Mobile Repeater.
Response Cluster conducted 1st meeting of the day for risk analysis for STY Yolandoy
ERIC and rappler provided data management briefing to staff of NDRRMC OpCen.
LTC SADANG, presided pre-deployment briefing to Logistics Emergency Team (LET) prior disaster response operations to the general areas of Obando, Bulacan.
Director Castro of DSWD attendedemergency conference at GHQ Conference Room re STY Yolandoy current response operations.
Telephone volunteer groups received call from Mr. Ticar,resident of Granger Village for rescue operations of 10 victims at Brgy. Uno, Granger Village, Quezon City. attendant of ARESCOM with CN RCDS-0426-116-2011: PARA 1 – No Change, PARA 2 – Opn’l, PARA 3 – Defects noted -Negative, PARA 4 – Weather condition- Fair andPARA 5 – High.
