  • Opening statement by the Committee Chairperson. (2 min.)
  • Introduction of the Committee Officers and staff (Vice Chairperson, and Rapporteur) (1 min.)
  • Introduction of the MOAS Consultants and brief comments by MOAS Consultants on the agenda topics pertaining to their area of expertise - Questions and Answers (10 min.)
  • Explanation about the procedure for debating the First and Second Books of resolutions containing those resolutions submitted electronically. (2 min)
  • Readingof the Modus Operandi approved at the Opening Session. (5 min.).
