Cancellation Policy

It is policy of the VSRC that all cancellations must be submitted in writing, 1 weeks (7 Calendar Days) before the scheduled event (October 22, 2015) to be eligible for a refund of registration fees. A $25.00 processing fee will be deducted from the refund for processing fees incurred by the VSRC

The VSRC will not be responsible for hotel reservations made for the scheduled event. The participant will be held accountable based on the hotels guidelines and rules for cancellation of reservations.

Emergency Cancellations will be reviewed by the VSRC Executive Board of Directors and refund eligibility will be decided on a case by case basis.
