Mr. Cross serves as a Senior Security Specialist under subcontract to UCOR.

  • Directs the development and implementation of security criteria and programs and procedures; provides functional guidance and direction to assigned security personnel and contractors; and monitors security activities and the performance of security services.
  • Directs the identification, development, implementation,and maintenance of security strategies and programs so asto respond to security conditions and incidents, andminimize risk of personal, physical, or financial harm toUCOR assets, employees, and dependents.

  • Designed and implemented a classified computer network and supported the maintenance of Nuclear Materials Accounting software applications.
