THE APPLICATION PROCESS IS ON A FIRST APPLY, FIRST ACCEPTED BASIS. ONCE 100 SPACES ARE FILLED, ACCEPTANCE IS CLOSED. WE ADVISE YOU TO APPLY EARLY TO GUARANTEE A SPACE! ALL REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC SPACES ARE ON A FIRST APPLY BASIS AS WELL.

Applicants who are not accepted due to lack of space or jury consideration, will have their payment returned

ALL APPLICANTS! PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING

The Woodstock Recreation Center is not responsible for property if there is “an Act of God”. The WRC recommends that all crafters carry their own insurance. In the event of cancellation due to catastrophic weather conditions no refunds will be given. There is no guarantee the large tents won’t leak. Please cover your merchandise overnight.

Sides will only be put up if inclement weather is expected.

You should cover all of your items every night. There is no heat and very limited electricity in only one of the tents. Condensation does at times build up in the big tents, WRC is not responsible for water damage, please bring tarps to cover your product at night.

YOU MUST BRING TABLES, CHAIRS AND, TARPS FOR RAINY WEATHER.
