EVENT INFORMATION

- Entry isonlypermitted to Surfing GB members, if you are not a currentmemberpleasevisit to join online.

- The call of on/off for the eventwillbe made on Thursday 22nd October on SGB social media.

- Entry into multiple age divisions ispermitted and full payment for eachentered division isrequired. Pleaseidentify all division entries (P.1). NOTE:

- Junior competitors must beunderage for division on 1stJanuary 2015. Senior/Master/Veterancompetitors must be over age for division on 1st Janurary 2015.

- Juniors entrants should be aware that should entry levels be exceeded then limitations on multiple division entries may be enforced.

- The closing date for entry is 5pm on Wednesday21 October. Applications willbeaccepted on a first come first served basis and maybelimiteddepending on application numbers.

- Receipt of entry will not beprovided due to the mass entry numbers, a running order and entry listwillbeposted on SGB social networks/website online Friday 23rd Octobersoplease check the entry then and contact eventorganiserswithanyqueries.

- Surfing GB hold the right to postpone the event or change locations/format if conditions are deemedunsuitable or unforeseeableeventsoccurthatdirectly affect the running of the event.

ENTRY & PAYMENT

- Payment for entry can be made by cheque payable to Surfing GB and should be sent with the entry form to: Surfing GB, The Yard, Caen Street, Braunton, EX33 1AA.

- If you are unable to pay by cheque then card payments can be taken by Surfing GB membership admin on 07429208283, please leave a message if you do not get through and we will call you back. Entry forms will then need to be sent to
