Electric 4 Well Hot Steam Table that offers a cost-conscious solution for those who refuse to sacrifice quality for price.
1. The Steam Table's top is to be constructed of 20 gauge, 300 series stainless steel with body, undershelf, and legs formed of heavy gauge 430 series stainless steel.
2. The top has must have die-stamped openings that measure 12" x 20". This steam table must feature an upgraded to stainless steel liner in place of the standard galvanized liner at no extra cost.
3. Each compartment must be insulated on all four sides and bottom with 1" thick fiberglass, having thermal conductivity of 0.27 or less. A 500 watt dome-type element is fitted inside every compartment, above the warming compartment.
4. Each section must the ability to be controlled by an infinite switch.
5. The steam table must be furnished with a polycarbonate plastic carving board measuring 7" w. x 1/2" thick with an 18 gauge stainless steel support base and die-stamped brackets.
6. This steam table must be able to operates wet or dry.
