The layout is updated daily. Booths are color coded as to availability; the key is across the top left of the layout.

Booth size is 10’ x 10’. Standard drapery backs eight feet high; side rail dividers three feet high, booth identification sign, one eight foot table, two chairs and one wastebasket are included in the booth fee.

Electricity, telephone, internet and carpet are not included in the booth fee. These services will be offered through the show service contractor, The George Fern Company, in the exhibitor service kit. The kit is sent out January 2019.

Initial inline booth - $800.00

Additional inline booths - $750.00 each

EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN

Exhibitor move-in and set up will be on Thursday, February 14, 2019 from 8:30 am to 10 pm.

Exhibitors must pick up their exhibitor packets from exhibitor check-in by 5:30 pm on Thursday unless prior approval is received from show management. Any exhibitors not checked in by 5:30 pm may lose their booth space to the waiting list.

SHOW HOURS

The exhibit hall opens to the public as follows:

Friday, February 15, 2019 from 9 am to 7 pm

Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 8:30 am to 6 pm

Sunday, February 17, 2019 from 9 am to 4 pm

Exhibitors will be allowed entry to the exhibit hall one hour prior to the hall opening to the public.

George Fern Company will e-mail an Exhibitor Services Kit in January 2019. The kit will include information, ordering instructions, deadlines and rates on the following:

Utilities (Phone, Electricity, Internet) – provided through Gaylord

Inbound/Outbound Shipping

Marshalling Yard Instructions

Set-up/Take-down Instructions

Maps

Carpet and Furniture Rental

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS – The George Fern Company is the exclusive provider of exhibitor services for the NWTF. Additional expense may be incurred by using atradeshow service company other than the George Fern Company.

EXHIBITOR BADGES

You will receive 5 complimentary exhibitor badges per 10’ x 10’ booth purchased.

Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased for $15 each at exhibitor check-in on Thursday only.

If you do not pick your exhibitor badges up by 10 p.m. on Thursday you will have to purchase a day pass on friday to enter the exhibit hall in order to pick up your badges.

Exhibitor badges allow you admission into the exhibit hall only. Ticketsandname badges for all other convention events and meals must be purchased separately.

EXHIBITOR PARKING

Exhibitors may park for $5 a day in Lot E of the Gaylord Opryland Resort Hotel and Convention Center. Shuttles will run from Lot E to the Convention Center beginning at 7 a.m. Friday thru Sunday.

PRODUCT SHOWCASE

TRANSIENT VENDOR LICENSE

Exhibitors who receive payment for merchandise or services at their booth at the NWTF convention are required by the state of Tennessee to obtain a permit to conduct business. SALES TAX

Exhibitors at the NWTF convention are required to report taxable sales to the Tennessee Department of Revenue.

Sales tax for items sold during the convention will be collected by the Tennessee Department of Revenue. The tax rate is 9.25%.

NOTICE: ANYTHING WITH WHEELS AND A MOTOR in an exhibitor booth must be approved by the NWTF. If you are planning to display a vehicle, ATV, motorcycle, etc. in your booth you must contact Danny Young, Vice President of Marketing, at (803) 637-7413 or

2020 BOOTH SELECTION

Exhibitors at the 2019 show are eligible to register for a booth for the 2020 show. Beginning March 1st, 2019, we will be accepting applications for available booths for 2020.

Appointments for 2020 booth selection will be emailed to you the first week of February 2018. Appointment times will also be posted at exhibitor check-in.

A2020 exhibitor contract will be included in the exhibitor packet to be picked up on Thursday. Please complete the exhibitor contract before your appointment.
