2018 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM

INSTRUCTIONS:

Please carefully read the requirements of this application. Applicant must be a female graduating senior from a Colorado Springs Metro-area high school. The completed, typed application and all supporting documents must be postmarked or emailed by April6, 2018. Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. nor the Soaring Dove Foundation will be responsible for applications or supporting documents that are sent through 3rd parties and do not have a postmark on or before April6, 2018. Please use the checklist below to verifythat all required documentation is included with the application.

This application is also available in MS Word on our website can be filled out electronically. Please note that proper spelling and grammar is considered in the application review process. Applications postmarked or emailedafterApril6, 2018at 11:59 pm Mountain Time will not be considered. Handwritten applications and applications that do not fulfill the checklist requirements will be disqualified.
