2018 LBAWC SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

The Latino Bar Association of Will County, established in 2013, is happy to announce that it will be awarding a $1500 scholarship during our Annual Scholarship Fundraiser Event. This event will take place in June 2018at the Blue Taco which is located at 79 N. Chicago Street, Joliet, Illinois 60432. The targeted applicants for this award are Will County high school seniors who will attend college in the summer or fall of 2018.

Instructions/Guidelines:

  • Scholarship award is $1500
  • Complete the LBAWC Scholarship Application
  • Submit, along with the application, all requested documents
  • If applicant desires, submit letter(s) of recommendation (by non-related people only)
  • Incomplete or Unsigned applications will not be considered
  • Mail all scholarship material by the date listed on the application
  • Emailed materials will not be considered
  • Winner mustbe present at the above listed event in order to receive the award
  • Once the summer or fall semester begins, recipient shall provide to the LBAWC proof that he/she is actually attending college or otherwise the recipient shall refund the scholarship award to the Latin Bar Association of Will County upon request.
