Typical Day
8:00 AM – Early Check-in
8:30 AM – 11:30 AM – Tennis drills (mid-morning snack, we provide)
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Lunch (you provide)
12:30 PM – 5:00PM – Swim, games, movies, activities in the clubhouse
Fees
q One time $10 non-refundable registration fee per family.
q For non-members: One time $25 facilities fee per child to Magnolia Woods. Check made payable to Magnolia Woods.
q For 5 day camps, $160 per week. We offer a 4 day camp during the Memorial Day. The 4 day camp rate will be $130 per week.
q During the July 4th week, we will have a 3 day camp only. The rate will be $100.
q Drop-in Days - $40/day
q ½ Day Rate - $25, morning tennis portion only per day.
q Prior arrangements can be made before 8:00am drop-off and 5:00pm pick-up. Please contact Diana Vincent directly. Rates will be charged accordingly.
Special Notes
We will accept email reservations, but your space will not be confirmed until your camp fee is received. There will be a 48 hr cancellation policy, in which you can use your fee towards another camp in the future. The registration fee is non-refundable. To clarify, your registration fee and camp fee must be received before your space is reserved. For those that are attending multiple weeks, we will need a credit card authorization form signed with your registration form. Your credit card will be charged the Friday before your next camp’s reservation. Please note that the credit card transactions fees are an additional $3.00 to your camp fees. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will need a check by the Friday before your spot is confirmed or you may bring by your credit card in person to be charged. Authorization forms can be found on our website. The campers should bring their own lunch, extra clothes, shoes, sunscreen, towels, etc. They are allowed to bring their electronic devices at their own risk and must be labeled with their names. All games, toys, etc. should be kept in a backpack or bag when not being used. Magnolia Woods has a small concession stand for your children during the afternoon while the pool is open. If you would like to send money, please label everything in a ziploc bag. Waiver
I understand that participating in the program involves risk of injury. These risks include collision with other players, being hit by the ball, falling on the floor/ground or into a wall/fence, scratches, bruises, etc. I further understand that before participating in this program I should consult a physician for advice. By signing this form acknowledge all risk of injury and death and affirm that I am willing to assume responsibility should injury of death result from them. I also agree to follow all rules and procedures of the program and to follow the reasonable instructions of the teachers and supervisors of the program. Furthermore, in return for the opportunity to participate in this program I agree for myself, and for my heirs, assigns, executors and administrators, to waive any legal rights I may have to seek payment of any kind from Break Point Tennis LLC, its employees or its agents, Magnolia Wood Company, Inc. (includes any parents, volunteers, employees, affiliates, members, subsidiaries, contractors, agents or representatives) for bodily injury or death resulting from this program, and to release those parties from liability for damages resulting from my injuries or death.
