2017 – 2018 AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
Dear Parent/Guardian,
All students that attend the Arnold Mill Elementary School After School Program (ASP) MUST have a registration form on file BEFORE they can attend even if they have attended ASP the previous year. This is very critical as it provides us with information on who can pick up your child and how to reach you in the event of an emergency. NO CHILD WILL BE ABLE TO STAY IN ASP WITHOUT A REGISTRATION FORM ON FILE.
ASP is a prepaid program. All payments MUST be made BEFORE or the DAYof your child attending. If money is not paid at that time, your child will NOT be able to attend ASP until it is paid.
Many parents leave additional money in their child’s account. This money will remain in the child’s account until the child attends ASP or it will roll over into the next school year.
If you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely,
Dr. Christy BowlingMaufi Noelle

Various activities are planned for students, and may include, art, music, drama, games, cooperative play, story time, computer club, tutoring and study hall. Optional activities might be offered throughout the year (Drama, Cheerleading, Spanish, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, etc.) by community experts at reduced costs to ASP students. We hope that you enroll your child or children with our After School Program (ASP).

Helpful Suggestion:
Please have available an emergency number and pickup person should you be caught in traffic.

under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
5. If a check is returned to the ASP for insufficient funds, further payments will be accepted in cash or money order only. Bank charges will be applied.
6. Parents must notify the classroom teacher in writing as to their after school plans. This should occur each day a child is to participate in the ASP. Separate correspondence will be necessary for the teacher of each child.
7. All rules and regulations imposed on your child by ArnoldMillSchool or the Cherokee County Board of Education for the regular school day remain in effect for the ASP. Please read the discipline brochure and student handbook with your child.

Our ASP has been very successful.
