Online Arena Scheduling:

Arena Scheduling is a registration system through Skyward that allows students to create their own schedules similar to the scheduling systems used in college. Arena allows students greater control to build their schedules, and students will know their unofficial schedules by the end of the current school year so they can start their classes on the first day of school in the fall. Below is the timeline for the process.

Adjustment Windows- Students with schedule errors or concerns may submit one change requestform online during each adjustment window.

Window #1: May 22 - 24

Window #2:July 24 - 26

You can find the Online Arena Scheduling timeline and additional resources on the district's Counseling Services page.http://www.gcisd-k12.org/arena

A note for students seeking high school STEM:

2017-18 high school STEM students do not select the 4 core classes. High school STEM students only select electives. Once the lottery is complete, STEM students' next year scheduling line will be changed to GHS, if needed, and Mrs. Ray will enter the 4 core classes. Everything will be “good to go” for STEM students in time for Arena Scheduling.

A note for students seeking Collegiate Academy:

No need for students selected to attend the GCISD Collegiate Academy (CA) to fret about classes for 2017-18. The staff at CA will enter classes in Skyward for those students once everything is all set. In the meantime, select classes using the list for the high school you are geographically zoned to attend.
