WALK-IN SLIDES Instructions
The 2016 Walk-In Slides are posted on the SUMMIT CENTRAL.
Each country needs to adjust the Walk-In Slides files to:
v Include speaker sessions selected for your GLS event
v Complete translation in non-English speaking countries
Following are details you need to be aware of as you customize your Walk-In Slides:
1. Welcome and Electronic Devices (slides #1-4)
a. Please retain these slides
2. A Quiet Place (slide #5)
a. If you have a quiet place reserved at the conference venue, insert room # or location in the slide
3. Resource Centre (slide #6)
a. If you have Resource Centre or Book Tables set up at the conference venue, insert location in the slide
4. We Want Your Opinion (slide #7)
a. If you do online survey insert your own website information. ALL countries should either have their guests fill out a paper form or online survey
5. We Would Love to Pray for You (slide #8)
a. If you have prayer hotline set up via texting device or smart phone app, insert you own local text number and info in the slide
6. Plan Now to Continue Your Leadership Development Year-Round
(slides #9, #12-13)
a. NOTE: GLSnext App is available in ENGLISH ONLY
b. For non-English countries, delete elements referring to GLSnext App if promoting ENGLISH APP is not relevant to your country
7. Social Media (slides #10-11)
a. Insert appropriate social media channels
8. Follow-Up Resources (slides #14-28):
a. Arrange these pages by speaker in the correct order based on your event schedule
b. Not ALL resources available at all sites’ Resource Centres – adjust and select slides based on your resource availabilities and delete slides you are not promoting or carrying at the resource centres.
9. Team Edition (slides #29 and #33)
a. There are many different versions of the Team Edition DVD & USB products available. Countries need to adjust and replace the Team Edition cover image appropriately
b. Insert local pricing info
c. Digital Team Edition exclusive offer varies by country
10. Plan Now to Continue Your Leadership Development Year-Round (slide #31)
a. Insert local Leaders Gathering event schedule and contact information
11. WCA Membership (slides #35-36)
a. If you are an Affiliate country, please adjust any information based on your local membership benefits
b. Insert local affiliate membership website and contact information
c. All Partner countries can delete this slide.
