Registration Fee inclusive of ONE Match £8® / £10 (non-members); Match Fee £4® / £5 (non-members).
Unlimited re-entry with different firearms. Matches for a wide range of repeating pistols -- original, reproduction and “modern”; Courses of Fire based on traditional NRA Revolver Matches; Offhand (one hand!) and Two-handed; MLAGB Surrey Branch medals and other Awards. * Special Awards within Matches may be available: : NRA Skilled Shot Certificates scaled according to entries.
STANDARD REVOLVER --- (19th Century design with no later improvements) – one hand hold, but cocking with other hand permitted.
TARGET REVOLVER --- (percussion cap only, target sights, grips, “tuned” & Special versions etc allowed – one hand hold.
“FREE” REVOLVER (percussion cap only, any sights) -- 2-HANDED HOLD PERMITTED
“MODERN M-L PISTOL” (ANY m-l repeating pistol including “Patriot” and Smokeless Conversions) - one hand hold.
COURSES OF FIRE:-
Optional unlimited sighters and 20 scored shots (4 series of 5). Loading time will be given before each 5-shot series.
SLOW-FIRE:- 4 x (5 shots in 3 minutes) TIMED-FIRE:- 4 x (5 shots in 1 min.) RAPID-FIRE :- 4 x (5 shots in 30 s)
“BOBBER”:- 4 x (5 shots “Duelling”) - 5s “faced”, 10s “edged” SURRENDEN”:- 4 x (5 shots “against the clock”)
AMBIDEXTROUS:- Two targets, each of 2 series SLOW-FIRE, the first series fired RIGHT-handed, the second LEFT-handed..
AWARDS
WINNER & PLACE AWARDS according to entries, “Special Awards” and NRA Skilled Shot Certificates (top 10% Marksman,
next 15% First Class Shot, next 25% Skilled Shot – at least 50% of entrants will receive an award).
