Metro West Center for Living Center on behalf of the Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC) welcomes Sponsors and Exhibitors to help underwrite portions of the 2016Independent Living Conference of Massachusetts. Participants in the conference include 11 Independent Living Centers in MA, 43 members of the Governor appointed Statewide Independent Living Council, representatives from state agencies, non-profit human services agencies, and key national and statewide advocates for independent living.

Sponsorship Levels

0-$100 – Recognition in the conference program book.

$200 – Recognition on the MASILC website with a link to your organization’s website and listed in the conference program book.

$300 - Recognition on the MASILC website with a link to your organization’s website and listed in the conference program book. A table display area at the conference. Meals for two attendees.

$500- Recognition on the MASILC website, and a link to your organization’s website. Listing in the conference program book. Recognition on promotional emails and mailings. A table display area at the conference. Meals for two attendees.

All exhibits are subject to the approval of the SILC. Exhibitor hours are set for 9AM to 8PM on September 14nd and9am to 4pm on September 15th.

All materials and costs for the exhibit, other than those provided by SILC, are the responsibility of the exhibitor's firm/organization.
Neither the SILC nor the Hotel can assume any liability responsibility for damage, loss, or injury to an exhibit or exhibitor and/or its representatives.
Exhibitors must insure that all information exhibited is accurate and in accessible formats.

SILC will Provide:

- 1 skirted table

- 2 chairs

- 1 electrical hook-up (If requested)
