Last year we had problems because teachers didn’t have enough time to get to concession stand before it was flooded with students. We will have to cover some of the teachers so they can get to the concession stand earlier.
Homecoming Day
8:30: Floats will be pulled down to the back of the school. Class sponsors will determine what students will be able to go out during the morning to help complete the floats. Class sponsors will provide a list of these students so that they can be notified during morning announcements. A sponsor or teacher needs to supervise students at each float.
1:00: We will begin lining up the floats and cars for the parade.
1:15: Teachers and students will begin going outside to watch the parade.
1:30: Parade will begin
When the parade is over, everyone will move to the gym for the pep rally which will begin around 2:00
Girls in homecoming court – must bring dress to school to be approved in advance. Otherwise they will not be able to participate in the pep rally activities.
As soon as the pep rally is over, school is dismissed.
As the week goes on, we will try to address anything that has not been included here. If you have any questions or need clarification, please email me.
Grades 7-12 - Flags need to be finished by Monday of Homecoming week.
Thank you –Let’s make this the best homecoming ever!
