This form is to reserve table space only. Workshop registration is REQUIRED to have a tabletop. To register for the conference, please visit www.apta.com. THIS IS NOT A TRADESHOW; but an opportunity to advertise your company’s function and services while attending the workshop(s).
In order to purchase a tabletop (6’ table), you must be an APTA member. The deadline for reservations is July 3, 2014. Please note that space may sell out prior to July 3, so early bookings are recommended. Reservations received after the deadline will be charged a $100 late fee, provided space is still available. Fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than July 14, 2014. There will be no refunds after July 14.
