Senior Recognition Pages
Our 2013 “The Colt” Yearbook will be delivered before the end of the school year.
We are offering the opportunity to personalize your yearbook with Senior Recognition Pages. These pages allow you to reflect on your childhood and the events that led you to your senior year. You can even have parents/grandparents write a note that tells you how proud they are and have it inserted into your own personalized section of the yearbook. Our pages are very limited and sold on a first paid, first reserved basis. So order yours soon! Deadline is Fri. Feb. 1, 2013
Complete the form below, then cut off and submit with payment, cash or check to Ms. Slaton. (Checks made payable to WJHS yearbook)
Type the text you would like and a general layout for your Recognition Page and attach it on a separate sheet, or send with your photos.
Upload photos or deliver to Ms. Slaton in room 145 or 142 and keep your receipt as record of payment.

Remember the deadline is Fri. Feb. 1, 2013

Special Considerations: The yearbook staff reserves the right to reject photos/text or ask the customer to make changes to conform to the staff’s guidelines for printing and publishing.
HARD COPY
Place all pictures in a large envelope with name on it.
Submit as many photos as you wish to have on your page.
Copies of pictures should be submitted for “irreplaceable” photos.
Photos may be enlarged or reduced to fit the layout.
Prints should have student’s name on masking tape on the back of picture.
Photos will be returned on or before our deadline (March 19, 2012 or sooner).
The school or yearbook staff is not responsible for lost or damaged photos.
