5-8 pm Welcome Reception @ Brick Pony-Midland Ave, Additional Guest(s) $25 ea.
7pm Captains Meeting @ the Brick Pony – All Captains MUST Attend
Friday, October 4, 2013- (competitors/controllers only)
6:30 am Morning gathering for questions, breakfast @ Lions Park, Basalt
7:00 am Board Coaches for transport to AM assigned beats: Lions Park, Basalt
8:00am-11:30 am Competition Angling (includes the 30min Competitor Prep time at venue)
11:30am – 12:30 pm Lunch, Venue Change & morning recording of competitors results
1:00-4:30 pm Competition Angling (includes the 30min Competitor Prep time at venue)
4:30pm- 5pm Transport back to Lions Park, Basalt.
5-6:30pm- afternoon recording of competitors results/Update Session – Location TBA
Saturday, October 5, 2013 - (competitors/controllers only)
6:30 am Morning gathering for questions,
Pancake breakfast provided by the Basalt Lions Club – complimentary, Lions Park
