SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

HOLE SPONSORSHIPS:Entitles you to sponsorship of a hole with one (1) complimentary representative at the location. Additional representatives may participate at $170 each. All prizes, gifts or give-aways at the hole should be available to all participants (approximately 250 people). Benefits: Your organization will receive recognition in the tournament program, Metrolines, tee box signage and networking opportunities with every golfer. Companies requesting a Par 3 hole must sponsor a contest.

SKILLS CONTEST SPONSORSHIP:Annual pre-tournament event for all players. Participants who participate in all four contests will be entered into an additional prize drawing. Benefits: Sponsorship recognition in the tournament program, Metrolines, sign acknowledgment at four stations; putting green, chipping, sand and long drive stations, one (1) complimentary representative per station and networking opportunities with all skills participants.

GOLF CLINIC SPONSORSHIP:Entitles you to sponsorship of the Clinic and Pro. Benefits: Your organization will receive recognition in the tournament program, Metrolines, signage, one complimentary representative and networking opportunities with all participants.

TROPHIES: Entitles you to sponsorship of the trophies. Benefits: Your organization will receive recognition in the tournament program and Metrolines.

REFRESHMENT CARTS/HOSPITALITY STATION/BREAKFAST/LUNCH SPONSORSHIP:Opportunity to cruise the course and offer refreshments to players during the tournament. Refreshment Carts: The cart is driven by a golf course employee and has room for one of your representatives. This sponsorship is a great opportunity for a CVB. Hospitality Station (Halfway House): Located between Hole 6 and Hole 11. Breakfast: Continental Breakfast for all registrants. Lunch: BBQ Grill Station set up on the golf course. Benefits: Sponsorship recognition in the tournament program, Metrolines, sign acknowledgement on the cart and networking opportunities at each cart/station. Each cart/station sponsor may have one complimentary representative.

“BARREL OF BEVERAGES”: Opportunity to provide refreshments to all players. Each barrel will be fully stocked with refreshments such as soft drinks and water and will be placed randomly throughout the course. Benefits: Your organization will receive recognition in the tournament program, Metrolines, sign acknowledgement on each barrel and networking opportunities with each golfer. A total of 3 “Barrels of Beverages” will be offered.

CIGAR CART/AROMATHERAPY TOWELS: Opportunity to cruise the course providing cigars or refreshing aromatherapy towels to all players. Benefits: Your organization will receive recognition in the tournament program, Metrolines, sign acknowledgement on the cart and networking opportunities with all golfers. A total of one cigar cart and one aromatherapy towel cart will be offered. Sponsor must provide a minimum of 200 cigars or towels and distribute throughout the entire course at least twice.
