Increase CCRPI score in the area of Progress Points:
·  Piloting IKAN/Gloss in all grade levels
·  Increased use of data to differentiate instruction and guide data teams
·  Continue implementing BYOT (year 2), using technology to enhance instruction in all areas
·  Guided reading based on running records results in all grade levels with a focus on nonfiction reading materials aligned with science and social studies standards
·  RATA with a focus on nonfiction materials that align with science and social studies standards.
·  Advanced content math and ELA for gifted students in grades 4 and 5
·  RTI will continue with an increased focus on data and use of ALL certified staff to meet the needs of all students, regardless of achievement levels

#6 Assessment Uses
GAPSS Analysis in December of 2012 indicated a need to increase gathering and improve use of data to differentiate instruction, as well as adopting a more assertive rollout of BYOT.
TKES focus this year will be on Standard 4 (differentiated instruction) and Standard 6 (assessment uses). / ·  Continued training to ensure effective use of IKAN/Gloss
·  Support from technology staff to facilitate use of technology to enhance instruction and BYOT roll-out
·  Support from A&A in working with middle schools to provide true advanced content to upper elementary students who are capable, particularly in the area of math
·  Continued professional learning to ensure effective roll-out of TKES
·  Continued support for mini-GAPSS to ensure that we are improving in the areas targeted in Dec. of 2012
·  SLD support training for admin and teachers
