2013 BSc FYPInterim Evaluation
Dear 2013 students,
Final year project committee has decided the 16th, February, 2017 to have interim evaluation.
These evaluations are carried to help you to present your work in front of Judges from reputable institutes and Industry. Your performance and hard work in this matter may earn you good appreciation and also the offer for job. For this purpose, you are also required to prepare your one-page resume according to prescribe format. It also plays an important role that how industry rate our department and University.
Interim Evaluation
- All students of 2013 session are requested to prepare project presentations along with any other progress (Hard/Soft ware, demo etc…) for interim evaluation on
Thursday, 16thFebruary, 2017.
- All groups will submit 30-40% of FYP report on Monday, 04 days before evaluation (a soft copy (email: your supervisor email, ) and a hard copy to Mr. Arshad Sb (Library)). Report should include
- Abstract, short introduction of project, Literature review, Methodology, detail of components completed and to be completed. The plagiarism report should be submitted along with this report. Students should get plagiarism report from their supervisors.
- The hard copy should have one page for comments of internal and external after the title page and report should be properly tape or ring bind to be presented to evaluators.
- All group members should be present. Each member should participate and at least half members must present. Each member CV should also be emailed on given format to . Format can be collected from any member of FYP committee.
- The allotted time for one group will be 10 minutes only and 5 minutes for questions and suggestions.
- Please make sure to prepare your presentation and report such that it should address the FYP CLOs. Evaluation rubrics are also notified for your information.
- Supervisors and FYP committee/judges will evaluate the progress. All groups should request their supervisors to attend and evaluate their presentation as well.
