Location: Lake Forest Aquatics Center, 5407 Killens Pond Road, Felton, DE; 302-284-9816. From the south, take Route 13 North. Follow signs on the highway to Lake Forest High School or Killens Pond Water Park (north of Harrington). Turn east (right) off Route 13 onto Killens Pond Road at the red light directly across from the Uncle Willie’s gas station. Go approximately 1 mile and the school is on your right. As you turn in the school driveway, the pool is located on the right (west) side of the building. From the north, take Route 13 South. Follow signs on the highway to Lake Forest High School or Killens Pond Water Park (south of Felton). Turn left off Route 13 onto Killens Pond Road and follow directions above.
Facility: The Lake Forest swimming pool is a six-lane, 25 meter heated indoor facility with a Daktronics timing system, wave eater racing lanes, a 1-meter diving board, spectator seating for 200, spacious male and female locker rooms, and ample parking.
Eligibility: The meet is open to any swimmer whose club has been invited. Swimmer’s age for the meet is determined as of December 1, 2011.
Rules: The meet will be conducted in accordance with current USS Rules and regulations. We will follow the No-Recall false start rule.

Safety: Deck access is limited to coaches and officials only. Only water bottles are allowed on deck. No glass containers are allowed throughout the Aquatics Center. Deck access will be denied to anyone who is not a coach and/or isn’t working the meet as a volunteer for running the meet.
Entries: Each swimmer may enter a maximum of four (4) individual and two relay events if available. Only one (1) relay is allowed per team per event. All meet entries must be received in Hy-Tek form. Entries can be received by email. Please email or call Allan Nelson with Hy-Tek and/or program questions. No deck entries will be accepted. Events will run with a minimum of 6 swimmers. The Meet Director reserves the right to cut an event if not enough swimmers have signed up for an event. Teams will receive a full refund for any events that are cut. Swimmers must enter with their best time in each event. Entries with No Time (NT) will be accepted.

Format: This meet is a one-day, timed-finals meet for 18 year olds and under. The swim meet will begin at 9:30.
Warm-up times: Each team will be emailed with warm-up times and lanes. Listed below are the warm-up times being offered.

8:30-8:50
8:50-9:10
9:10-9:30**if needed
Awards: In each event, medals will be awarded for 1st through 3rd place in each age group. Ribbons will be awarded in each event in each age group for 4th through 12th place. A High Point award for each gender of each age group will also be awarded.
Scoring: Individual scores, followed by relay scoring.

Programs: Program cost $5.00.
Concession: Apparel and equipment will be available at the meet. Concessions will be located outside of the pool in the lobby of the school. No food or drinks are allowed in the pool.
Volunteers: Each team is expected to supply 3 timers and 2 officials. Anyone interested in helping out other than timing would be appreciated. You may also contact Michelle White if you would like to volunteer.
