Horse Entries: You must present proof of negative Coggins dated within the past 12 months. NO ONE will be allowed to participate without this document. This is a regulation of the Texas Animal Health Commission.

START TIME: Line up for all parade entries is at 4pm starting facing south on Graham Street and west-bound on Hwy 80 E. Please do not enter Graham Street from Hwy 80. Please approach Graham from Blair or Kilpatrick Streets. Judging will take place from 4:30pm-5:15pm. Start time is approximately 5:30pm.

PARADE ROUTE: Parade will take route starting from Hwy 80 E, traveling west. The route will then turn on Lankford passing the Mineola Community Bank where vehicles can circle around and enter Line to park to join at the Gazebo or continue Hwy 80 traveling west to exit the parade route. The road as shown on the map, will be blocked at South Johnson and Hwy 80, and on Commerce Street on either side of the Gazebo where Santa will arrive at the conclusion of the parade.

LIGHTED PARADE: The parade is an evening event, and lighted entries are required to be seen. The more lights the merrier!

GENERAL RULES: · Vehicles, floats, trucks, trailers, etc. MAY NOT HAVE SANTA CLAUS PRESENT. There is ONE official Parade Santa. · Candy can not be thrown from entries. Each entry shall supply their own walkers to walk along side and distribute candy. · Music is allowed and must be Christmas themed music only. · The parade must keep moving at all times. While dancing and such is allowed, please make every effort to not slow down the progress of the parade for lengthy pauses · Any driver must possess a valid drivers license, and no person under age 18 is allowed to operate ATVs · Drivers and attendees MUST follow the instructions of the parade staff. There IS a PROCEDURE in place and the volunteer management will not tolerate rude or inappropriate behavior from parade participants in following the rules and procedures in place. Lack of cooperation can and will lead to being removed from parade.
