A JOINT RESOLUTION
TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE CONTACTORS' LICENSING BOARD, RELATING TO REQUIREMENTS OF LICENSURE FOR CONTRACTORS, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 4229, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The regulations of the Contactors' Licensing Board, relating to Requirements of Licensure for Contractors, designated as Regulation Document Number 4229, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

SUMMARY AS SUBMITTED
BY PROMULGATING AGENCY.
To satisfy the requirements of licensure for contractors, Regulations 292 through 293, 296, 298, 2910, 2911, 2970, 2975, 2980, 2985, 2990, 29100, 29105, and 29110 are updated in conformance with the current Contractors’ Licensing Board Practice Act.
The Notice of Drafting was published in the State Register on November 25, 2011.
