CityGolf.Wewillrefundifyoucancel priortoJuly11th,2014.Noentryfee willberefundedforcancellationsafter
July11th.
2.The tournament will be limited to 120 malegolfers,age18andover.NO EXCEPTIONS.
3.TheregistrationdeadlineisJuly11,
2014,butthetournamentislimitedto
120entrantsacceptedonafirst-come,
first-servedbasis.Entriesreceivedafter July11issubjecttospaceavailability andcommitteeapproval.
4.Ifyouhavefriendswhomightliketo playintheLakeCityInvitational,you maycopythisandtheregistrationcard. Theinvitationalandcardarealso availableon-lineat thereislimitedspaceavailableonafirst- come,first-servedbasis.
5.Yourentryfeeincludesapracticeround onFriday,July25,thequalifyingrounds onSaturday,July26,andthefinalround onSunday,July 27.Participantswill alsoreceiveONEdinnerticketfor SaturdayeveningandONElunchticketforSunday.Additional dinnerticketswillbesold duringregistrationonSaturday,July26th.
6.Dinnerswillbeavailableforpurchase onSaturday.Dinner will be served from 4:30 PM until 7:00 PM. Lunchis servedfrom10:30 AMto3:30 PM onSunday.
7.Golferswishingtoqualifyforthe Championship Flight must so declare.Thelow16handicapsare automaticallydeclaredastryingto qualify for the Championship Flight. Those not qualifying will be placed in the lower flights by handicap.
8.Allgolferswillplay18holeson Saturday. On Sunday the ChampionshipFlightwillplay27holes. AllotherFlightswillplay18holes.
9.Allteetimeswillbeassignedfor Saturdayonthefirstreturnbasis.Tee timeswillpostedattheclubhouseonthe Fridaymorning(July26).Youmaycall theclubhouseat651-345-3221tolearn ofyourteamtime.
10. Rentalcarts are available for $20 per golfer per day. You can also rent the cart for the entire weekend for $50. Participantsmayride withamemberin the members cart as theirguest atnocost.Golfers bringingtheirowncartstothecourse mustpaya$15perdaytrailfee.
11. Thisyear’stournamentwillincludea SeniorChampionshipFlight,whichis opentoperson50andover.Youmust declareyourdesiretobeinthe SeniorChampionshipFlightonyour registrationcard.
12. SeniorChampionshipandChampionship Flightwinnerswillbedeterminedby combiningSaturdayandSundayscores. Handicappedandregularflightwinners aredeterminedbySundayscoresonly.
13. TheChampionshipandPresident’sflights willplayfromtheblueteesonSunday. Allotherflightswillplayfromthewhite teesalldaysofthetournament.
14. This year, if you do not want to play from the blue tees in the president’s flight, do not check the president’s box on the registration card. You will then be placed in the regular flights.
15. Wewillholdanoptionalskinsgamefor
$5perday.Payatregistrationon
Saturday.
16. Wewillholdanoptionalshoot-out competitiononSaturdayfor$5per participant.Payatregistrationon Saturday.Thetenclosesttothepinon hole11onSaturdaywillparticipateina shoot-outat approx. 6:00 PMonSaturday evening.
