2007 REGIONAL RALLIES
What is a Regional Rally?
Established in 1988, Regional Rallies are one of NJTL’s longest running and most successful offerings. Each year, USTA/NJTL provides grants and equipment to selected Chapters/Programs – “Host Sites” - that have the means to host a day or weekend tennis event extravaganza for NJTL participants in the local and neighboring areas. The Host Sites invite a minimum of three other NJTLs in their region to attend the event and to meet other kids in the area that have the same interests. USTA/NJTL provides a Regional Rally Host Kit which helps the host site with planning and tournament details.
Regional Rallies serve as both a reward for active Chapters and Programs, and an incentive for new organizations to join the NJTL Network. To host a Regional Rally, you must applyto your section using the attached application. The grants and equipment are available to chapters/programs that are active NJTLs only. If you are not an active chapter, you must renew your NJTL registration at before applying.

Cash Grant – determined by the number of anticipated chapters and programs attending the event (including Host Site). The funds will be distributed in two installments, the first to cover some up front expenses, the second sent after the Regional Rally Accountability forms have been completed and returned to the National Office.
