Stall Location

Room allocations will be decided by the Spring Fair Committee and you will be advised which room the stall will be in.

Roster

Rosters have been setup based on prior years’ experience - please do not use any other roster but provide feedback to your Spring Fair Committee representative if you require changes.

Kindergarten may use an offline roster initially – please discuss this with your spring fair liaison. Note that you are responsible for filling the roster for several stalls:

1.  2nd Hand Books, &

2.  2nd Hand Clothes

This includes the set up on Saturday and pack up on Sunday. Time-slots are usually 1-hour on fair day and 2-hour before the fair.

Afterwards

Ensure all leftover items are removed from classroom.

Equipment that does not belong in the classroom should be left outside – Class 4 will ensure it is returned.

Pricing

As all items are donated there is no cost to cover. Therefore, it is possible to keep prices low. There is usually a large amount of clothing and it is good to focus on volume. There may be a few special items that would be priced slightly higher.

It is a good idea to reduce the price to “everything 50c’ in the last hour of the Fair. You really don’t want to take it home again....
