Drinks and Snacks Task List Orana Spring Fair – Sunday 12 November 2017

Organise the setting up and running of the Drinks and Snacks stall.

In 2016 the stall sold fruit juices, milkshakes, ice slushies, apple slinkys and sliced watermelon. Details for 2017 will be confirmed well before the Spring Fair weekend but expect some changes.

Term 2

Provide class stall committee with information on how the stall was run in 2015 (tokens sold outside classroom, specific lines for each item within classroom).

The Spring Fair Weekend

Ensures all consumables and equipment are delivered to the stall location on the Saturday morning before setup
Ensure signs are up
Ensure tokens are delivered

Setup stall tables etc. on Saturday
Run stall / SF Finance
Deliver float before stall opens

Take all dirty linen to canteen.
Take all leftover food to the portable cold room.
Clean everything (including washing all utensils) and stack outside stall for collection.
Clean and tidy the area, returning everything to the correct place.

Confirm arrangements for leftover food
Collect all equipment and return to P&F Shed
Take down sign
Ensure all dirty linen (tablecloths, tea towels) are washed

Stall Location

Room allocations will be decided by the Spring Fair Committee and you will be advised where the stall will be. In recent years it has been in the amphitheatre.

Roster

Rosters have been setup based on prior years’ experience - please do not use any other roster but provide feedback to your Spring Fair Committee representative if you require changes.

Equipment Required

A detailed spreadsheet will be provided. Please note some items are provided by the parents (e.g. aprons).

Pricing

Pricing is reviewed each year to reflect increases in costs and is arranged by the P&F Committee.

Afterwards

Class 4 will ensure all equipment is returned to the appropriate place – your responsibility is to ensure it is cleaned.
